OUR OFFICE
Join our dynamic dental team as an Endodontic Dental Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, friendly environment. In this role, you will support endodontic procedures—specialized root canal treatments—and assist the dental team in providing comprehensive, comfortable, and efficient care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every patient receives top-quality service while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills within a vibrant general dentistry practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for endodontic procedures, ensuring a sterile environment through proper aseptic technique. Assist the dentist during root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures by handing instruments, managing suction, and ensuring patient comfort. Take high-quality dental X-rays and medical imaging, including 3D scans when applicable, while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Manage dental records and medical documentation accurately. Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort throughout procedures to promote safety and relaxation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dental assistant with knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic technique. Certification in X-ray processing and proficiency in taking intraoral images. Strong understanding of endodontic procedures. We will train the right person, if you have dental assisting expereince. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information.

ENDO DAYS AND HOURS
This position is 28 to 34 hours per week.
BENEFITS
Generous compensation, paid time off, beginning the end of the first year. At the end of the second year, paid time off increases to 2 weeks. Paid holidays, health insurance, retirement plan with Dr. contributions.
