Dental Assistant-Full time (Hermiston)Ryan M Wieseler DDS
  • Desert Dental Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant at Desert Dental!
Are you passionate about helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, caring environment where teamwork and patient comfort come first? Desert Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team in the heart of the desert! We're a modern dental practice committed to providing gentle, high-quality care in a comfortable setting. If you love making patients feel at ease, staying organized, and working alongside a supportive group of professionals, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Assist the dentist during a variety of treatments (fillings, cleanings, crowns, etc.) Take and process X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Greet and seat patients, making them feel comfortable and answering their questions Update patient records, charts, and manage basic administrative tasks Help keep the office running smoothly, including inventory and supply ordering
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental assisting experience (preferred, but we're open to training the right person) Friendly, positive attitude with excellent patient communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment Team player who enjoys collaborating with our staff Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing compassionate care X-ray certification and CPR/BLS (preferred or willing to obtain) Why You'll Love Working at
