Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be committed to patient care, a quick learner, and share our vision of creating positive, lasting relationships with our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required (X-ray certification is ideal, but not required) Maintain and update patient records and documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care Manage the day's schedule and ensure smooth office operations Collaborate with the front office team and other staff to create a positive patient experience Support a clean and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service, offering a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere

Qualifications & Attributes:

X-ray certification is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude Empathetic, kind, and compassionate—able to put patients at ease and build strong rapport Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks A genuine desire to learn and grow in the dental field Team player with a commitment to providing excellent patient care Why Join Us? Experience:

Dental experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and are dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Pay:

$16.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM)
