Key Responsibilities Sterilize, organize, and maintain surgical and hygiene instruments Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Set up and break down treatment rooms Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain records Assist with inventory and supply management Support hygienists and doctors during patient care Ensure an exceptional patient experience through excellent communication and teamwork Qualifications Dental experience (preferred but not required) Knowledge of sterilization and infection control (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor X-ray certification ( preferred or willingness to obtain) CPR certification (preferred) If you are dependable, motivated, and passionate about providing excellent patient care, we would love to meet you.
