What You'll Do Provide expert chairside assistance for cosmetic procedures including porcelain veneers, full-mouth restorations, dental implants, Invisalign, and crown and bridge work Deliver a warm, elevated patient experience from the moment of arrival through completion of care Prepare, sterilize, and maintain clinical operatories and instrumentation to the highest infection-control standards Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and photographs to support precise treatment planning Assist with case presentations, supporting patients in understanding and committing to their treatment journey Collaborate seamlessly with the doctor and fellow team members to ensure every appointment runs with clinical precision and efficiency Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software (Eaglesoft, or similar) What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience, with a strong preference for cosmetic or fee-for-service practice background Oregon Dental Assistant Registration and current Radiology certification required Experience with digital workflows (intraoral scanners, digital X-ray, CAD/CAM) is a strong plus Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for aesthetic excellence A professional, composed, and empathetic chairside manner Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and work with quiet, confident efficiency A team-first attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and growth What We Offer Competitive compensation: $28-$33/hour, commensurate with experience Health and dental benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education allowance and paid CE days A stunning, modern office environment with the latest technology A collaborative, supportive team culture where your contributions are genuinely valued The opportunity to be part of something exceptional — every single day This Is Your Practice If You Believe… …that dentistry is an art form.
