If you are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you! The ideal candidate is professional, works well with others, and takes their responsibilities seriously.
Qualifications:
Previous endodontic assisting experience is preferred. Current X-ray certification . Knowledge of dental infection control and sterilization protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to remain calm and compassionate while caring for anxious patients .
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy and related treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each procedure. Take digital radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations. Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards. Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment. Accurately document patient information and clinical notes. Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked. Complete assigned duties and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow throughout the day.
