Dental Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our dental team! Our established adult, fee for service Restorative Dental Practice treats patients in most phases of dental care. Ranging from General Dentistry to Cosmetic Dentistry to Implant Surgery and the Rehabilitations of Dental Implants. Want to become a part of this wonderful working environment, with a caring staff and doctor to match? We are looking for a compassionate, professional nature, reliable, and well organized person. We prefer that you have dental experience including X-Ray certification, but it's not mandatory. Must be confident in interacting with patients and have good communication skills. We are willing to train the right person for this position. We are Located in Bala Cynwyd, PA and this position will require you to travel to our office.

Qualifications:

Computer knowledge is essential. Knowledge with Eaglesoft Dental Software is a plus X-ray Certification is preferred but can be obtained in the near future

Dental Assisting:

1 year is preferred Registered Dental Assistant (optional)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and break down rooms for procedures Sterilize dental instruments Patient management during dental procedures Dental charting Digital radiographs as directed by the dentist Assisting chair-side Taking records, impressions or x-rays Assisting with lab tasks if needed Help with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans Assisting the doctors and staff with any other tasks requested

PM Wednesday:

8:00AM•5:00

PM Thursday:

8:00AM•4:00

PM Pay:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience
