Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic EFDA - Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety while supporting the clinical team. Your expertise in dental assisting, infection control, and medical documentation will help us deliver top-quality care in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and more, all while making a positive impact on patients' oral health. Duties Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures including restorations, crowns, root canals, and prosthodontic treatments with precision and care Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up supplies, and ensuring aseptic technique is maintained at all times Take high-quality dental X-rays and operate advanced imaging equipment such as 3D scanners to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for both patients and staff Skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology to communicate effectively within the clinical team Experience with chairside assisting in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or endodontics environments Skilled in taking X-rays, operating medical imaging devices including 3D scanners Knowledge of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and compliance with health standards Ability to perform dental assisting duties efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach toward pediatric patients Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding dental care!
