Dental Assistant

Pay is based on experience. The position is 20 hours per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-5. Fridays 8-12. Job Summary Join our pediatric dental team as a Dental Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. In this fast-paced position, you will support dentists by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Your expertise in dental assisting and infection control will help us maintain standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for various dental procedures. Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, including chairside support. Maintain infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures. Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting. Knowledge of infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization processes to ensure patient safety.
