Job Description

Endodontic Dental Assistant We are a small, high-standard, patient-focused endodontic practice seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For:
Certified:
Must hold a current RHS (Radiation Health & Safety) certification.
Educated:
Graduation from a dental assisting program or prior expericence as a dental assistant. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Detail-Oriented:
Able to anticipate provider needs during microsurgical and root canal procedures with precision and efficiency.
Team Player:
Communicates clearly, supports coworkers, and contributes to a respectful, collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the endodontist chairside during root canal therapy, retreatments, and microsurgical procedures. Manage instruments, maintain a sterile field, and anticipate procedural flow. Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans as needed. Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes using EMR systems. Follow strict aseptic and sterilization protocols. Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently. Educate patients pre- and post-operatively with confidence and clarity. Support a smooth clinical schedule and positive patient experience.
