This role requires strong clinical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within scope. Responsibilities Place and contour composite restorations Fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges Take final impressions and intraoral scans Adjust and polish restorations Assist chairside during a variety of procedures Ensure operatories are set up and turned over efficiently Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Support overall clinical flow and help keep schedule on time Qualifications Active EFDA certification/license in PA Dental assisting experience required (5+ years preferred) Strong restorative and clinical skills Experience with digital workflows (intraoral scanners, etc.) preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their work, no shortcuts Strong clinical judgment and consistency in quality Ability to handle a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy Positive attitude and team-first mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off 401k CE allowance
