Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Check in the dental cases to the management system
- Check out the dental cases to the management system
- Answer phone calls and track the dental cases
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order as needed
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems, such as Epic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
