Job Description
About us Basara Dental Care is located in North Wales, PA. We are a small, professional dental office providing quality dental care in an efficient and compassionate manner. We enjoy making smiles by providing excellent customer service. ```
Duties:
```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Take dental x-rays
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and providing patient support ```
Qualifications:
```- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and systems
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus
- Ability to perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dexis We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team.
