- $18•21 per hour American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in Reading, PA area.

In this role, you will support our General Dentist with hands-on clinical care, patient communication, and daily chairside duties in a high-energy office. You'll work in a positive, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, and your growth matters. With a flexible schedule, no nights or weekends, and a strong bonus structure, you'll enjoy a rewarding and balanced career.Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified) Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flowQualifications:
PA Registered Dental Assistant ( required ) 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant X-ray certification ( required ) Familiarity with Dentrix ( preferred but not a requirement ) Strong communication and patient care skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-orientedCompensation:
$18- 21 per hour Monthly performance bonuses Flexible schedule (4-day or 5-day workweek) No nights.
