In this role, you will leverage your dental expertise, (and possible sales experience, to promote dental products and solutions to dental practices and healthcare providers. Your energetic approach will drive new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and expand our presence in the dental industry. This position offers an exciting chance to combine technical knowledge with sales strategies to make a tangible impact on our clients' success and your future. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target dental practices, clinics, and healthcare providers within assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our dental solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential clients. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive B2B sales growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Conduct territory management activities to ensure comprehensive coverage and consistent engagement with prospects and clients. Qualifications Dental Assistant experience. Some experience in sales or customer service is helpful. Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Demonstrated work ethic and accomplishment at any level. Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations confidently. Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required.
