Job Description

Our oral and maxillofacial surgery practice is currently seeking a motivated, Front Desk team member interested in being cross trained as a Dental Assistant. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values continuous learning and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We do on the job training and are excited or a team member who wants to grow professionally.
Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role combining front desk administrative responsibilities with clinical dental assisting duties. You will be an essential part of a cohesive and supportive team, working closely with both administrative staff and surgical providers to ensure an excellent experience for every patient.
Key responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Verify insurance and handle patient forms and documentation Perform general administrative office tasks Ideal candidates will: Be motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills Handle constructive feedback with maturity and openness Stay calm and kind when dealing with frustrated or anxious patients Work well in a team and maintain professionalism with coworkers Take initiative and go above and beyond to support our patients Thrive in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment
Qualifications:
