Dental Assistant (DA1) Growing Private Practice

Sanders Dental Studio is a growing private practice in Fort Mill seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant (DA1) to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, team-oriented, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while receiving high-quality care. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a modern private practice and contribute to a positive team environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures Take dental X-rays Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Chart treatment and assist with clinical documentation Provide patient education and post-treatment instructions Maintain organized treatment rooms and clinical areas Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required Coronal polishing certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the practice Schedule Monday - Thursday Every other Friday No weekends Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Free dental care (lab fees excluded) 401(k) with company matching Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth as the practice continues to expand Sanders Dental Studio is committed to providing exceptional patient care while building a positive and supportive team culture.
