Key Responsibilities:
Assist Dentists:
Support the dental team during procedures, including preparation of materials, and ensuring all necessary tools are ready.
Patient Care:
Make patients feel comfortable and at ease, provide detailed explanations of procedures, and maintain a compassionate and attentive attitude.
X-Rays & Records:
Take high-quality X-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with charting and documentation.
Sterilization & Safety:
Follow stringent infection control and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and provide exceptional care.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Current Dental Assistant certification and/or relevant experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Attitude:
A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
