Dental Assistant - Private Practice

Excellent opportunity for an experienced chairside dental assistant looking to join an established, PRIVATE + INDEPENDENT general dentistry team in Summerville, SC.

4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), 715 to 5pm (530 on Wed, 4pm on Thurs)

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience and references. 6% Matching 401k Free dental work for you and your immediate family Partial health insurance reimbursement Paid Training Scrubs Paid Holidays and PTO earned Responsibilities Clinical chairside assisting in a fast-paced, well-organized general dentistry office (operative, crown & bridge, and some Endo) Oral surgery (simple and surgical extractions, implant placement, bone grafting/sinus augmentation) Removable dentures/partials Radiographs + Intraoral Scanning Charting, records, and scheduling support (We use Dentrix) Instrument sterilization and maintenance of a clean, comfortable and OSHA-approved clinical environment Building trust and explaining treatment in a confident and genuinely caring manner About Us For over 40 years, our privately owned, independent practice has built a loyal patient base, a stellar reputation, and a team of genuinely talented people who take pride in what they do. We are looking for:

A positive, team oriented, outgoing, and professional dental assistant who is willing to learn and grow! Someone who displays a high level of professionalism and compassion Computer skills, an open mind, and the ability to work well on a dedicated team Compensation based on experience level, job history, & positive references. 2 years clinical dental assisting experience preferred along with XRay Certification. Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
