We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who brings skill, patience, and a great attitude to every appointment. We have openings at both of our locations: Lenoir City, TN Alcoa, TN What You'll Do Assist with cleanings, X-rays, and exams (primarily in hygiene) Support procedures while keeping young patients calm and comfortable Educate kids and parents on oral hygiene in a way that actually sticks Maintain sterilization protocols and accurate patient records What We're Looking For Active Tennessee Dental Assistant license with radiology and coronal polishing certifications Experience in a dental office — pediatric experience is a strong plus Natural ability to connect with kids and communicate clearly with parents A team-first mindset and positive energy that shows up every day What You'll Get $16-$22/hour , commensurate with experience 4-day work week — Monday through Thursday, 8-hour shifts No evenings, no weekends 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off Paid training and continuing education Uniform allowance Employee discount Ready to help the next generation build healthy smiles?
