Responsibilities include sterilization and instrument processing, assisting clinical staff as needed, supporting patient care, preparing treatment rooms, and helping with front-office tasks when necessary.
The ideal candidate is:
A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Tennessee. Detail-oriented and highly organized. A team player willing to jump in where needed Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Comfortable assisting both clinical and administrative teams. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our patients and referral partners. Experience in oral surgery is not needed, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are a must.
