We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting our clinical team. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position involves assisting with various dental procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and managing patient records effectively. Schedule & Compensation 4 days per week Average 34-38 hours weekly

Hours:

7:20 AM - 5:30

PM Compensation:

Pay depends on experience Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available Take digital X-rays while adhering to safety protocols Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using Open Dental software Implement aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of infection control Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a general dentistry setting Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Active RDA License required X-Ray Certification required Nitrous Oxide Certification required Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, particularly in general dentistry Familiarity with Open Dental software preferred Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and patient care procedures Understanding of medical records management and aseptic techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Our Team?
