Everwell TMJ & Sleep is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Clinical Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a traditional dental assisting position. We are a specialty practice focused on TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, oral appliance therapy, regenerative treatments, and helping patients reclaim their comfort and quality of life. We're looking for a special kind of assistant—someone who is confident, adaptable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience. Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Comfortable learning new technologies and treatment concepts. Willingness to help wherever needed, both clinical and administrative.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with TMJ and sleep-related patient care. Occasional chairside assisting. Digital scanning and record collection. Patient education and treatment support. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical efficiency. Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments. Answering phones and assisting with front office duties as needed. Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
