Job Description

Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) at Hallmark Dental play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care by performing a range of clinical, administrative, and laboratory duties. This includes chairside assistance during various dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and managing dental supplies. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic procedures. RDAs are also responsible for maintaining a sterile, organized operatory, accurately documenting patient records in Open Dental, and performing diagnostic X-rays. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Assistant in restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic settings Expanded Duties certification or equivalent credential or experience Strong understanding of dental instruments, materials, and infection control standards Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences Work Environment Full-time schedule: Monday•Thursdays, with two Fridays per month 7:15-4:30pm Team-oriented, supportive, and upbeat culture focused on patient-centered care
Compensation Salary:
