We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and team-oriented Dental Assistant to support our clinical team Monday through Thursday. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and eager to contribute to a high-quality dental experience. Experience assisting with implant placement is preferred but not required. Schedule Monday - Thursday Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take dental radiographs and assist with patient charting Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Support the team in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Current BLS/CPR certification required Must pass a Board-approved jurisprudence exam Prior dental assisting experience preferred Implant placement experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong attention to detail What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule Opportunity for professional growth and development Competitive compensation based on experience Blue Plum Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in our workplace.
