We are looking for an assistant with excellent chairside manner, self-motivation and attention to detail. We are a full-service and high quality office, offering advanced dentistry such as clear aligner therapy, dental implants, in-office crown milling, and implant-supported prosthodontics, and esthetic / cosmetic dentistry. Our practice is currently four operatories and will be expanding to seven in the future. Duties Assist dentist in a variety of procedures, including extractions, fixed prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, and esthetic procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Take high-quality X-ray and CBCT images to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Support reception by scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and managing patient flow Manage patient records efficiently to store and manage treatment plans, X-rays, and CBCT scans Qualifications Experience and current licensure as a registered dental assistant with knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices Proficiency in dental software to store patient records and treatment plans Familiarity with EMR systems, X-ray procedures, 3D scanners, and medical coding is highly desirable Knowledge of chairside CAD software and in-office milling, particularly on iTero, is a huge plus Excellent chairside manner; we want our patients to be confident and comfortable with the care they are receiving Join us in making a difference through compassionate care!
