We provide same-day care for patients in pain, and our team is committed to delivering compassionate, efficient treatment — often to patients who are anxious, hurting, and in urgent need of help. We take pride in making a real difference in people's lives, one appointment at a time. The Role We're looking for a motivated and dependable Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. Whether you're an experienced assistant or just starting your career in dentistry, we'd love to hear from you. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help patients. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply — this is a significant asset in serving our diverse patient base. What You'll Do Seat and prepare patients for examination and treatment Assist the dentist chairside during procedures (extractions, fillings, emergency treatments) Take and process dental radiographs Maintain instrument sterilization and operatory turnover Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and reduce anxiety Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records Support front desk and clinical team as needed in a high-volume environment What We're Looking For No experience required — we will train the right candidate Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced, urgent care-style setting Team player with a patient-first mindset Radiograph certification a plus but not required Schedule Part-time hours with flexibility. Availability on weekends and/or evenings is a plus given our emergency care model. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
