Why You'll Love Working With Us Modern, updated offices with advanced dental technology and digital workflows A fast-paced, high-energy environment where your leadership directly impacts office success Strong leadership that values accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and growth Consistent schedules with no nights or weekends A positive, team-oriented culture that does not tolerate drama or negativity Leadership that values initiative, operational ownership, and problem-solving A workplace where high performers are trusted, supported, and empowered to lead Opportunities to help shape systems, workflows, and clinical excellence across the office What You'll Do Clinical & Technical Responsibilities Lead by example in delivering exceptional four-handed dentistry across restorative, cosmetic, implant, surgical, and specialty procedures Prepare and break down operatories according to scheduled procedures Set up surgical trays, maintain sterile fields, and anticipate Dentist needs proactively during procedures Assist with digital workflows, radiographs, intraoral scanning, and imaging technology when applicable Ensure operatories remain organized, stocked, clean, and procedure-ready throughout the day Support smooth patient flow and help minimize downtime between appointments Maintain strict OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection control compliance Ensure accurate charting, treatment documentation, imaging, and clinical records Assist with lab cases, implant parts, impressions, temporaries, and specialty materials appropriately Perform schedule audits to ensure all implant components and lab cases are properly prepared Monitor clinical inventory, supply ordering, and operational supply management within budget Review supply invoices and help identify discrepancies or operational inefficiencies proactively Coordinate repair requests and maintenance needs while ensuring issues are properly tracked and resolved Participate actively in Morning Huddle prepared to review schedule opportunities, patient updates, and workflow priorities Leadership & Operational Responsibilities Serve as the operational leader for the Dental Assistant team Direct and stabilize back-office workflow during busy or stressful situations Help maintain accountability, consistency, and professionalism within the assisting department Mentor, coach, and support newer Dental Assistants Assist in onboarding and operational training initiatives Help identify workflow inefficiencies, broken systems, or operational gaps proactively Partner with Office Leadership and Dentists to improve systems, workflows, and patient experience Support implementation of operational standards, protocols, and office initiatives Help maintain a positive, growth-focused, and solution-oriented clinical culture Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, organization, and patient care Patient Experience Responsibilities Help patients feel calm, informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout treatment Maintain professionalism and emotional composure during stressful or complex situations Support post-operative instructions and patient education Ensure patients experience smooth, efficient, and organized appointments Help maintain a welcoming, patient-focused clinical environment Who We're Looking For We are looking for a highly skilled, emotionally mature, operationally strong Dental Assistant who is ready to step into leadership and help elevate the clinical team.

Required Qualifications Current Dental Assistant certification/licensure as required by state regulations Current X-ray certification Prior dental assisting experience required Prior leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred Strong understanding of clinical workflows, sterilization, and operatory organization Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and operational awareness Preferred Qualifications Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program Experience with four-handed dentistry Experience with implant and surgical procedures Experience with orthodontic workflows Experience with digital workflows and dental software Experience with dental practice management software such as CareStack Expanded Functions certification (if applicable) Experience in high-volume or fast-paced dental offices What Success Looks Like in This Role Successful Lead Dental Assistants at
