Job Description
Orthodontic Assistant Position Available Do you enjoy making a positive impact on people's lives, and would you like to see first hand how you can help transform a person's confidence and self image? If so, this position may be perfect for you! We are looking for a happy and positive person to join our orthodontic team. An ideal candidate would be a Registered Dental Assistant with at least one year of hands-on experience, a positive attitude, and a high energy level. Applicants must have a strong work ethic and a devotion to providing high quality personal customer service. While orthodontic assisting experience is not a necessity, it is a plus. Requirements We need an individual with excellent customer service skills. Dynamic communication skills are REQUIRED, including the ability to navigate all types of patient communication. Benefits Benefits include retirement plan with match, paid holidays, vacation paid time off, uniform allowance, and several bonus systems. Work Week Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week. We see patients Monday through Thursday. Depending on the day, we start at either 7:30 or 8am and finish at either 4:00 or 5:00pm. Pay Rate Pay will be negotiated based on experience.
