Our practice has a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, cutting-edge technology, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Position Overview As a Dental Assistant in our office, you will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and contributing to a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills, grow professionally, and potentially step into a lead role over time. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures, with an emphasis on cosmetic treatments Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and patient before & after photos Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support the team in maintaining efficient clinical flow Stay up to date with new technologies and techniques used in the practice Qualifications Basic dental assisting experience and knowledge required (willing to train the right candidate) 2+ years experience desired (positioned to transition into a lead DA role) Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills What We're Looking For Someone eager to learn and embrace new technology A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative setting An individual interested in professional growth, with the potential to develop into a lead role Schedule Monday through
