Experienced Dental Assistant / EFDA-Track Opportunity

Private, relationship-based dental practice - Nashville, TN We are a non-corporate, single-doctor dental practice looking for an experienced dental assistant who is confident, capable, and ready to be a true clinical partner — not just "extra" ? This role is for you if: ? You can think for yourself and anticipate what's needed ? You're comfortable seating crowns, adjusting partials/dentures, and assisting with emergency patients ? Clinical Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting in restorative and emergency dentistry
• Seating crowns
• Adjusting partials and dentures
• Managing emergency patients with confidence
• Supporting a high-level, conservative dentist and EFDA
• Maintaining a smooth, efficient clinical flow ?

Growth Opportunity (This is BIG): We are willing to pay for Expanded Function assisting training for the right candidate — allowing you to perform fillings and expand your skill set just like our current EFDA. This is a career path, not a job. ?
