We are growing! Full-time and part-time positions are available. Our mission at Cedar Valley Dental Arts is to make you smile by providing individualized dental care that is set apart by exceptional service, the highest quality care, and Christian values. We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who wants to help our dental office team serve our patients with kindness and trust. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, dependable, highly organized, and able to multitask. This position is an integral part of the practice, one requiring great patient skills and a caring nature.

Responsibilities include:

Appointment and patient preparation Taking X-rays Assisting the doctor during procedures Maintaining accurate patient clinical records Providing post op instructions per doctor Keeping operatory cleaned and stocked Properly performing sterilization duties Taking impressions manually and digital scanning Crown design and milling Presenting treatment plans to patients Other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

A true desire to help patients with their dental needs Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while staying organized Willingness to create a warm, positive and supportive environment for both patients and team members Thorough knowledge of dental procedures and instruments Active Dental Assistant Certification Required X-ray Certification Required Expanded Functions certification or training (Preferred) Implant placement experience helpful

Experience:

Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills with dental office software (Preferred)
