, a temporary staffing solutions agency , is responsible for supporting Pediatric Dentists in various practice settings. This is a PRN or temporary assignment-based role , not a permanent position. The role focuses on providing high-quality dental care to children while ensuring their comfort and creating a positive experience throughout treatment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and skilled in working with young patients, while maintaining licensure and professionalism in pediatric dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Pediatric Dentist in all clinical procedures and patient care. Perform standard Registered Dental Assistant responsibilities, including preparing dental instruments and materials, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assist with pediatric oral sedation, ensuring the safety and comfort of the child throughout the procedure. Accurately document vitals and sedation details, maintaining comprehensive and precise records. Educate parents on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices to ensure the ongoing dental health of their children.

Required Education:

Active and renewal of Registered Dental Assistant License Active and renewal of

CPR/PALS/BLS

certifications Maintain state-required annual Continuing Education (CE) hours

Required Experience:

Experience with pediatric oral sedation Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric dental setting

Required Skills and Abilities:
