Our office is highly organized, team-oriented, and focused on delivering a consistently positive experience for children and families . While pediatrics is our primary focus, a small portion of our practice includes orthodontics. Position Details Full-time $20-$27/hour (based on experience) No weekends Established, well-run practice Supportive, long-term team environment R esponsibilities Assist doctor during pediatric procedures with efficiency and attention to detail Prepare and maintain operatories to a high clinical standard Take X-rays and follow proper sterilization protocols Contribute to a smooth, positive patient experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required) Active RDA license (Texas) Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Ability to work well in a team-focused environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with orthodontic procedures is a plus Experience with front office responsibilities (scheduling, patient communication, insurance) is also a plus We are happy to train the right candidate in orthodontics and expanded responsibilities for those interested in growing their skill set.
