June 15 About Us Dental Genius Training is a growing, hands-on dental assistant program focused on preparing students for real-world success. Our program is 16 weeks long, including 12 weeks of in-class instruction and 4 weeks of externship. We pride ourselves on small class sizes and a high-impact learning environment. Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Dental Assistant Instructors to join our team on both a full-time and part-time basis . This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and mentoring students entering the dental field.

Schedule Full-Time Instructor:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Morning Class:

9:00 AM•12:00

PM Evening Class:

6:00 PM•9:00

PM Part-Time Instructor:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Morning Class Only:

9:00 AM•12:00 PM Important Notes This is a 1099 (contractor) position All classes are in-person (no online instruction) Due to enrollment fluctuations, instructors may experience occasional breaks between class cycles based on demand Responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in dental assisting Teach dental terminology, anatomy, clinical procedures, and patient care Supervise students during lab and clinical simulations Monitor student progress and provide feedback Maintain attendance and performance records Ensure students follow safety and professional standards Support students in preparation for externship placement Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of dental assisting experience required Active RDA license (required) Recent dental assisting experience required (must be current and verifiable) Teaching experience preferred but not required Strong classroom management and communication skills Comfortable with technology and learning platforms (LMS systems, etc.) Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation (required) Ability to engage and manage a classroom of young adults effectively Strong critical thinking and leadership skills What We're Looking For A strong leader who can confidently manage a classroom Someone who is organized, dependable, and adaptable A mentor who can motivate and prepare students for real-world success Compensation Pay is dependent on experience How to Apply Please reply to this posting with your resume or email your resume to:
