Dental & Office Assistant

Front Office / Cross-Trained Dental Assistant Join Our Team at Justin L. Morrison, DDS in Beaumont, TX! Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our office in a front office role with the ability to help in the back when needed. We are a patient-focused family practice that values teamwork, communication, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, positive attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and assist with patient accounts Help coordinate treatment and communicate with patients Assist the clinical team as needed in the back office Maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

Dental office experience preferred Front office experience strongly preferred Cross-training or willingness to assist clinically is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Why Join Our Team? $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
