Job Description
Experienced Registered Dental Assistant Please do not contact the office directly regarding hiring inquiries, as this disrupts patient care and clinic time. Thank you. Rise Dental is a family-owned private dental office in Cedar Park. We are looking for an experienced RDA who wants to grow with one office long-term. This position is a good fit for someone who has worked in corporate dentistry or a busy dental office and has thought, "There has to be a better way to do this." Maybe you learned a lot in a fast-paced setting, but now you are looking for a private office where patients are cared for with more time, intention, and respect. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has 3-5 years of dental assisting experience Wants a long-term dental home in a private office Is not looking for a temporary job or stepping stone Is strong chairside and good with patients Takes pride in doing things well Pays attention to details Has a team mentality Shows integrity and accountability Is proactive, dependable, and organized Stays calm and professional under pressure Communicates respectfully with the doctor, team, and patients Is open to feedback and willing to improve You do not need to be perfect. You do need to care, follow through, and want to be part of a healthy, no-drama team. Schedule This position will start at 1-2 days per week , with the opportunity to grow into 3-5 days per week as the practice grows. Clinical Skills Needed The right person should be comfortable with: Strong chairside assisting 4-handed dentistry Making temporary crowns Taking X-rays, clinical photos, and digital scans Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization Keeping the day moving smoothly Talking with patients in a calm, supportive way Helping explain treatment recommendations without being pushy Requirements Texas RDA license Polishing certification 3-5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Corporate dental or busy office experience preferred General dentistry experience required Comfortable learning digital systems Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and fit.
