Job Description

TLC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with
EXPERIENCE
who LOVES working with children to join our fun, loving, and kid-focused private practice. We are a close-knit, communicative, and family-oriented team that values compassion, collaboration, and creating a joyful dental experience for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pediatric dentists during dental procedures and exams Provide warm, gentle care to children and communicate effectively with families Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Help manage patient records and support schedule flow Collaborate closely with the team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Texas Must have Pediatric Dental Experience Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment
