Our team is growing and we are looking for a dental assistant to join our team! We are a private dental practice (NOT corporate driven office) and looking for someone long term with a desire to grow and learn in this position. We do all variety of procedures (general dentistry, fillings, crowns, root canal, implant, wisdom teeth, sedation, invisalign and braces etc) and you will be exposed to all kind and have no time to be bored! Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Perform various office tasks as necessary Skills
• Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques
• Ability to take and develop dental X-rays
• Strong anatomy knowledge related to dental procedures
• Understanding of general dentistry practices and terminology
