We love what we do, and we have an amazing team that works hard to deliver the ultimate patient experience. We are a dynamic, exciting, fast-paced, family-oriented orthodontic practice. We pride ourselves on treating our patients like family and providing the highest level of customer service and care. We are growing very quickly and need a couple new faces to join our team! We are looking for someone with great customer service skills to assist the orthodontist. You must be willing to be trained to work multiple areas in the office, have a strong work ethic, be very energetic (love being around people and working at a fast pace), a team player, able to learn, and detail-oriented. Orthodontic experience is not required, we want to train the right person but excellent communication skills are a must for the position! Daily Responsibilities and Duties Provide outstanding customer service for the patient with an excellent chair side manner Properly assist the doctor with all dental procedures and provide appropriate documentation in the practice software Take accurate and high quality radiographs Perform various laboratory duties Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Follow all OSHA guidelines Track incoming and outgoing lab cases Monitor level of dental supplies and order as needed Perform other duties as assigned
