- Responsibilities Assist doctor chairside in a fast-paced pediatric setting Perform expanded functions (coronal polishing, sealants, nitrous monitoring, etc.
) Deliver clear, confident patient and parent communication Maintain smooth flow between operatories Support hygiene and restorative workflows efficiently Help create a fun, positive, kid-friendly environment Contribute to team performance and daily production goals
- Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 3+ years of dental assisting experience Graduated from an
IN-PERSON RDA
program (not online-only training) Active RDA license in Texas BLS or PALS active Expanded Function experience preferred Strong in-person communication skills (not just clinical skills) Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sealant, Coronal Polishing Certifications are a plus Front office training/leadership training is a plus
- Preferred Background Pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, or high-end general practice Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles Leadership or mentorship experience Comfortable discussing treatment and building trust with parents
