Role:

• Work hand in hand with the doctor, hygiene and admin team to deliver clinical care at the highest aesthetic and clinical standards
• Build real, lasting relationships with patients and colleagues
• Manage and facilitate clinical cases from start to completion
• Manage inventory and supply budget
• Assist chairside for a variety of dental procedures, including endo, perio, oral surgery, implants, clear aligners, and general dentistry.
• Keep accurate records in our practice management software (e.g. patient charts)
• Help patients get the care they want and need

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Eaglesoft experience (a plus)
• Spanish-speaking (a plus)
• A mindset for learning and growth
• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
