Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM | Alternating Mondays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Chairside at One of Dallas's Most Beautiful Boutique Practices Lakewood Dental Studio is a modern, serene, two-doctor practice nestled in the heart of the Lakewood neighborhood in NE Dallas with stunning views of the downtown skyline and a reputation for judgment-free, compassionate care. Led by Dr. Megan Snyder, who brings over a decade of Dallas private practice experience, and Dr. Eric Wang, our patients describe us as anxiety-free, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming. We offer a full scope of cosmetic and restorative care (veneers, smile makeovers, Invisalign, crowns, implants, root canals, periodontal treatment, and more) in a calm, high-tech environment where every detail matters. We're looking for an experienced, growth-minded Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a boutique, patient-centered setting. What You'll Do Assist Dr. Snyder and Dr. Wang chairside across a full range of restorative and cosmetic procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized operatories Take digital X-rays and intraoral images Assist with impressions and provisional restorations Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Document accurately in the practice management system Help maintain the polished, welcoming environment our patients love What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license is required Experienced chairside dental assistant Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communicator - warm with patients, clear with the team Efficient and self-directed in a fast-paced environment Coachable and growth-minded Positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality Patient-focused in everything you do What We Offer $20-$22/hour based on experience Production bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life and disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee discount Four-day core schedule with early Fridays and alternating Mondays A close-knit, two-doctor team where your contributions are seen and valued Ready to bring your RDA skills to one of Dallas's most beautiful boutique practices?
