Our goal is to create an efficient, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Schedule:
4 days per week (office closed on Wednesdays) Light schedule of approximately 6-8 patients per day Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients warmly into the dental office Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and ease Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for treatments Sterilize instruments in compliance with safety regulations Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques Perform lab-related tasks as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage Keep accurate patient records Support payment processing and administrative workflows Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures Understanding of health and safety regulations Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail Well-organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Education Requirements:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer Supportive and friendly work environment Balanced patient load (no overbooking) Opportunity to grow and learn within the practice Consistent weekday schedule with mid-week day off
