Located inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Grand Hyatt DFW offers a dynamic hospitality environment serving business travelers, leisure guests, airline crews, groups, and international travelers. Grand Met is a key part of the hotel's food and beverage experience, offering a weing restaurant setting w attentive service, teamwork, speed, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality are essential. The Server Assistant supports the restaurant operation by assisting servers, maintaining clean and properly set tables, delivering water and bread service, clearing and resetting tables, restocking service stations, and helping create a seamless dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, team-driven, andfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion AAA Four Diamond Award Key Responsibilities Support Grand Met servers and restaurant leadership in delivering attentive, efficient, and polished guest service. Greet guests warmly and assist with creating a weing restaurant experience. Set, clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards. Deliver water, bread, condiments, silverware, glassware, and other table items as needed. Assist servers with food delivery, table maintenance, guest requests, and service flow. Remove used dishes, glassware, silverware, and linens from tables and transport items to appropriate service or stewarding areas. Maintain cleanliness andanization of the dining room, service stations, side stands, and assigned work areas. Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, menus, condiments, and other restaurant service items. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties. Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special service periods as assigned. Communicate guest requests, service needs, food concerns, or operational issues to servers and restaurant leadership. Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, culinary colleagues, stewarding, and food and beverage leadership. Follow all hotel, restaurant, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Perform other restaurant support duties as assigned.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to assist wver needed during service.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to moderate weight (trays, racks, supplies; varies by operation).
• Professional appearance and positive, guest-focusedmunication.
• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic food & beverage service standards and dining room setup.
• Food handler certification is required or willingness to obtain.
