Everyone in our office works hard each day to make sure that all of our patients have a five-star experience. Our team focuses on making each other better, working for the greater good of the office and our patients, and we consider ourselves a family. We need someone who can represent us with integrity and professionalism while maintaining a consistent, positive attitude. This special someone should be skillful in assisting for simple procedures such as fillings and crowns, have at least a familiarity with dental surgery and endodontic procedures, and always treat people the way he or she would like to be treated. Our new team member should be someone who always has a smile on his or her face, can communicate effectively with our patients and doctors, and is driven to improve and gain new skills. • Our ideal candidate would be someone who: • Has some dental assisting experience outside of externship hours Is reliable and trustworthy Is always smiling and perpetually positive Effectively works with a team which includes administrative team members, other dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors Is able to follow directions, set up and break down rooms efficiently, and problem solve Takes pride in his or her work Is able to be coached Is open to new ideas and ways to improve our systems Kind, caring, but assertive Loves dentistry and has a passion for helping people Dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach if you are willing to put in the time to learn our way of doing things We offer competitive pay, benefits, great hours, and the ability to grow with our office.
