Job Description

Dental Assistant - Join Our Growing Dental Team We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice. This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant who enjoys hands-on clinical work, values teamwork, and wants to grow in a supportive environment. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during exams and procedures by preparing instruments and materials Take and develop dental X-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety Perform basic lab tasks, including impressions and fabrication of temporary crowns Prepare, clean, and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment notes Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and running efficiently Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, billing, and insurance coding What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a dental clinic setting preferred Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and anatomy Experience with dental software and imaging systems (3D scanners a plus) Medical billing and coding knowledge is a plus, but not required Experience in prosthodontics or pediatric dentistry is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment Dental Assisting certification or relevant training preferred Why Join Us Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to expand clinical skills Fast-paced practice with a variety of procedures Meaningful work making a difference in patients' oral health Room for professional growth and career development If you are a dedicated dental assistant looking to work in a positive, collaborative practice where your skills are valued, we would love to hear from you.
