REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
(RDA)•

We are a relationship-based, patient-centered dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive workplace where team members genuinely enjoy coming to work. SCHEDULE, FULL TIME
Tuesday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital radiographs Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Monitor and manage inventory Assist in creating a comfortable, positive patient experience Support the clinical team and help maintain efficient patient flow
QUALIFICATIONS
Active RDA license 2+ years of experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset Open to learning, feedback, and professional growth
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with Open Dental Experience with digital scanning Familiarity with clear aligner treatment Ability to adjust temporary or permanent crowns Cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus
