Candidate must be dependable, have a professional attitude, be able to work with all age groups, should be RDA and x-ray certified and will consent for background check. At least 1+ yr of experience is required including assisting doctor chair-side with dental procedures, taking X-rays, sterilization, doing recalls and other dental assisting duties. knowledge of XLDent, bi-lingual(Spanish) along with Coronal polishing and Nitrous certification is a plus. Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Clean and prepare operatory per organization procedures prior to patient appointment
  • Sterilize equipment and operatories per guidelinesFollow all OSHA and BBP (Blood borne Pathogen) federal guidelines
  • Assist staff in scheduling patients' follow up visits
  • Follow up with labs to ensure quality and timely products
  • Track incoming and outgoing lab cases with staff
  • Monitor level of dental supplies and order as assigned by Office Leader using approved formula.
