We're hiring an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic chairside experience to support our orthodontist across all four offices. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist chairside during consultations, starts, adjustments, and retention visits Place and remove braces, brackets, bands, wires, and elastics Take impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photos Capture orthodontic X-rays Prep treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards Educate patients on appliance care, oral hygiene, and what to expect during treatment Help patients overcome treatment barriers money, time, fear with clear, empathetic communication Document accurately in the patient management system Support the clinical flow across our Central Texas offices as scheduled What We're Looking For Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required Experienced chairside orthodontic assistant confident and efficient Strong working knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and appliances Current radiology certification (per Texas RDA requirements) Excellent communicator who connects easily with patients of all ages Open, positive, and flexible (you adapt to each office's rhythm) Dependable and self-directed Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between all four Central Texas locations (Killeen, Harker Heights, Hewitt, Waco) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $25•30/hour based on experience Monthly performance bonus Monthly start bonus Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life and disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Employee discount Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Growth opportunities Ready to bring your RDA chairside skills to a growing orthodontic team?
